Fuel Contract Programs

Below is a brief summary of each of our programs. If you are looking for something that is not outlined below, please call and we’ll tailor a program to meet your needs.

Prepay Contract:
• Contract gallons must be prepaid 100    percent at time contract is signed.
• Unused gallons may be rolled to the    following year; roll fees and
   commissions may apply.
• Fixed price for the entire
   contract period.
• 5 cent per gallon discount off base price.

Fixed Price Contract:
• Fixed price and gallon quantity for entire contract period.
• Unused gallons may result in cancellation fees greater than deposit amount.
• Gallons may be rolled to the following year; roll fees and commissions
   may apply.
• 20 cent per gallon nonrefundable deposit required, to be deducted
   from deliveries.
• Requires a specific quantity amount.

Basis Contract:
• Fixed basis priced during NYMEX trading hours.

Once again, we will require a signature on our Master Energy Contract Agreement to expedite your contracting experience. Master Contracts can be obtained by clicking here. Just sign and return this agreement. This agreement allows you to take advantage of the rapidly changing markets by allowing you to pick up the telephone and secure a contract for the gallons you need and the current price with a Landmark representative.

All contracted gallons will be on auto-fill, however patrons are still responsible for monitoring tank levels.
