Landmark's Brat Fry Benefit for Nancy Lea Brings Out the Community!

Friday, May 21 saw an entire community come out and support one of their own, Landmark employee Nancy Lea.  Nancy suffered a brain aneurysm in March of 2009 which left her in a coma and on life support for many week.  In the past year, she has bravely battled back and undergone numerous surgeries and intensive physical therapy as she works to gain enough strength to return home to her family.  Nancy currently resides at Karmenta Nursing and Rehabilitation.

As an employee at Landmark for over 20 years and a long-time resident of Cottage Grove, Landmark saw an opportunity to show its support and hosted a brat fry benefit for Nancy Lea on Friday, May 21 in the parking lot of Landmark's Cottage Grove convenience store.  Over 700 brats were sold in just 3 hours, with many people donating directly.  All proceeds from the event went directly to the Nancy Lea Benefit Fund.
