Landmark provides support to established organizations such as FFA, 4-H and Ag in the Classroom that promote rural youth leadership development. This support targets programs that promote leadership development through education. Examples include:

| Promoting Agriculture |

Landmark provides support to our members, communities and the public at-large that seeks to promote the agricultural industry. Examples of projects that we support include:
- County Dairy Breakfasts

| Landmark Scholarship Program |
 |
The Landmark Scholarship Program is designed to encourage academic, professional and leadership development among post-secondary students. The program requirements include:
- A minimum of 10-$750 Scholarships will be awarded annually to Four-Year College Students.
- A minimum of 3-$750 Scholarships will be awarded annually to Two-Year Technical College Students.
- A minimum of 2-$750 Scholarships will be awarded annually to Agricultural Short Course Students.
- At least 5 scholarships will be awarded to students majoring in agriculture, unless there are no eligible applicants in that major area.
- All Landmark Services Cooperative members, employees and their children are eligible to apply.
- A minimum 2.75 GPA or higher is required for all applicants.
