A: No special hardware or software is required to use this service. You will only need Web access and your browser.

A: There is no cost for enrolling in and using this payment option.

A: Yes. This service is designed to maintain the privacy and security of your financial information.
Q: Will my information be shared with anyone?
A: No. All information is stored in a secured environment to prevent unauthorized access to your personal and financial data. We will not distribute your personal information for marketing or solicitation purposes.
Q: Why should I enroll as a user?
A: When you enroll, you set up a secure username and password. This will allow you to:
- view and pay bills
- see your account status
- store bank accounts for future use
- schedule payments for a future due date
- view payment history
Q: How do I enroll as a user?
A: To enroll, simply click the “Enroll” button. This will take you to the enrollment page where you will be asked to provide basic contact information, security settings, Landmark Services Cooperative account information and a valid email address.
Q: Do I have to enroll to submit payments electronically?
A: No. Simply select the “PAY NOW” link to submit payment. This will allow you to make a one-time payment.
Q: After enrolling in the online payment service, when can I start paying my bills?
A: After you complete and submit the online enrollment form and respond to the activation email, you will be able to start your service immediately. You can then access the service to pay a current bill or view past bills.
Q: What methods of payment can I use to pay my bill?
A: You can pay your bill via ACH (Automated Clearing House) transaction, which draws funds directly from your checking or savings account.
Q: What types of invoices will I be able to pay online using this service?
A: You will be able to pay any purchases made under your regular account (01) or regular agronomy account (50).
You will NOT be able to pay:
- Prepay contracts (energy, agronomy or feed)
- Credits on account
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: The initial login screen provides the ability for you to have your password emailed to the email address used when you enrolled.
Q: Where can I find my Landmark Services account number?
A: You can find your Landmark Services account number on a recent paper bill or monthly statement.
Q: Will I receive a reminder that I have an invoice ready for viewing and paying?
A: Enrolled customers will receive an e-mail notification reminding you that an invoice is available for viewing and ready for payment.
Q: Can I store or view paid invoices?
A: You can view paid bills by looking at “Search and Pay my Bills.” Bills will be available for a period time, typically six to twelve months. You can always use your browser’s print function to print the bill if you want to keep long-term records.
Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.
Q: How far in advance of the due date should I schedule my payments?
A: We suggest you schedule your payment for at least 3 business days before the actual payment due date to ensure timely posting to your Landmark Services account.
Q: The amount for a bill I am viewing seems incorrect. What should I do?
A: If you have questions about an amount showing on your bill, please contact Landmark Services Cooperative at 608-819-4200 for additional information.
Q: How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
A: After the payment date, check the status of the payment by looking in “Payment History”. If the status is “Paid,” then the payment has been sent. You can also check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account, or you can call Landmark Services Cooperative to verify the payment’s been received and applied appropriately.
