Landmark Services Cooperative (“Landmark”) provides informational updates for its members by email. You can sign-up by submitting your email address on Landmark’s website at: https://www.landmark.coop/wordpress/forms/sign-up-for-electronic-updates

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the U.S. District Court located in Madison, Wisconsin, or Dane County Circuit Court, located in Madison, Wisconsin, for the resolution of all disputes arising from Landmark’s website or informational updates provided by email.

Terms and Conditions: Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay provides a convenient way for you to pay your monthly account balance with Landmark Services Cooperative. By using Online Bill Pay, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use Online Bill Pay if you do not agree to these Terms of Use.

As used below, the terms “we” and “Landmark” refer to Landmark Services Cooperative.


Activation of Your Online Bill Pay Account
To activate your Online Bill Pay account, you must provide your Landmark account number and a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for providing current, accurate and complete online account information and updating your information in the event of any changes.


User ID and Password
Use of Online Bill Pay requires both a user ID and a password, which you will select. You are responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password. You are responsible for changing your user ID and password if you have reason to believe they may have been stolen, misused or accessed by a third party. In addition, if you believe your user name or password has been stolen, misused or accessed by a third party, you must immediately contact Landmark by phone at 608-251-9010.


Although Online Bill Pay is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the system will be unavailable from time to time for upgrades and periodic system maintenance. Landmark is not responsible for any electronic data transmission disruption, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnection problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, password misuse or misappropriation, or user errors.


By using Online Bill Pay, you consent to our communicating with you by e-mail. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address in your user profile. You are responsible for reading and responding to on a timely basis any e-mails sent to you by Landmark. Delivery of e-mails may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Landmark. Landmark is not responsible for the delayed delivery or non-delivery of any communication by e-mail.


Online Bill Payment
In order to use Online Bill Pay, it will be necessary for you to enter information regarding your bank account from which you desire your payments to be made. It is your responsibility to promptly change your banking information when there are any changes in this information. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover any payment made through Online Bill Pay. If we are unable to complete your online payment transaction for any reason, the bill will remain due and unpaid, and interest on the account balance will continue to accrue. You will be assessed return payment fees, and will be required to reimburse us for any fees imposed on us as a result of the failure to complete the payment transaction.


The security of your personal information is important to us. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your personal information. However, we do not guaranty that the use of this website and Online Bill Pay are invulnerable to security breaches. Landmark makes no warranty, guaranty or representation that the use of this website or Online Bill Pay is protected from viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.

Online bill pay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guaranty or warranty whatsoever.  Your use of this website and online bill pay is at your sole risk.  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Landmark hereby disclaims all warranties, express, implied or statutory, or arising from custom or trade, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and freedom from computer viruses or other harmful components.  Landmark does not warrant that the operation of online bill pay be uninterrupted or error free, or that this website or any server used to operate online bill pay are free from viruses or other harmful components.  The fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Landmark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contact, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use this website or online bill pay.  Your sole remedy in the event you are dissatisfied with online bill pay, or any of the terms of use, is to discontinue using online bill pay.
