As used below, the terms “we” and “Landmark” refer to Landmark Services Cooperative.
Activation of Your Online Bill Pay Account
To activate your Online Bill Pay account, you must provide your Landmark account number and a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for providing current, accurate and complete online account information and updating your information in the event of any changes.
User ID and Password
Use of Online Bill Pay requires both a user ID and a password, which you will select. You are responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password. You are responsible for changing your user ID and password if you have reason to believe they may have been stolen, misused or accessed by a third party. In addition, if you believe your user name or password has been stolen, misused or accessed by a third party, you must immediately contact Landmark by phone at 608-251-9010.
Although Online Bill Pay is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the system will be unavailable from time to time for upgrades and periodic system maintenance. Landmark is not responsible for any electronic data transmission disruption, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnection problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, password misuse or misappropriation, or user errors.
By using Online Bill Pay, you consent to our communicating with you by e-mail. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address in your user profile. You are responsible for reading and responding to on a timely basis any e-mails sent to you by Landmark. Delivery of e-mails may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Landmark. Landmark is not responsible for the delayed delivery or non-delivery of any communication by e-mail.
Online Bill Payment
In order to use Online Bill Pay, it will be necessary for you to enter information regarding your bank account from which you desire your payments to be made. It is your responsibility to promptly change your banking information when there are any changes in this information. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover any payment made through Online Bill Pay. If we are unable to complete your online payment transaction for any reason, the bill will remain due and unpaid, and interest on the account balance will continue to accrue. You will be assessed return payment fees, and will be required to reimburse us for any fees imposed on us as a result of the failure to complete the payment transaction.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your personal information. However, we do not guaranty that the use of this website and Online Bill Pay are invulnerable to security breaches. Landmark makes no warranty, guaranty or representation that the use of this website or Online Bill Pay is protected from viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.
